Job description
My Client is looking for an experienced and efficient administrator to fill a crucial role in providing administrative and systems support to the company, particularly the Sales and Education & Media teams, as well as being the first point of contact to our growing client base.
Responsibilities
- First line telephone reception duties
- Dealing with and documenting all customer enquiries, updating the client requests from follow-up through to resolution
- Processing customer sales orders in a prompt and accurate manner
- Fulfilling software evaluation requests
- Facilitating good communication and supporting colleagues from other departments with administrative tasks
- Scheduling of the training diary, for both external and internal courses
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy of the training and client data on our CRM system as well as various spreadsheets, calendars and cloud based systems
- Maintaining our e-learning system and ensuring individual client needs are met
- Booking of training and meeting room facilities
- Arranging the production of training manuals
- Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels

Experience
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with excellent computer skills including the use of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel and a CRM system.
Experience of Sales and Purchase Ledger, although not essential, would be a distinct advantage.
